A2:The file/ artwork require ≧300dpi, otherwise the finish product will not be so clear if the dpi is lower than 300.
A3:Please provide below information for the price quotation, if you can also provide your artwork or file, the price quotation can me more accurate.
- Size (Length x Width x Height)
- Box type
- Quantity
- Materiel (such as C1S, C2S, corrugated…etc.)
- Varnish (such as matt, glossy UV…etc)
- How many color for printing (full color, spot color, single color…etc)
- Special Finish (embossing, foil stamp… etc.)
- Shipment (location, shipway… etc)
A4:Computer is use RGB model (72dpi) an additive color mode in which red, green and blue light is added together in various ways to reproduce a broad array of colors.
However, you may see the photo looks real on the computer; it is because the monitor color is using 24 bit displays. In addition, the computer color, the picture from the printer, photograph, poster and thermal printing is not able to use for the sample, because the ink is different between printer and printing.
So, when you design your artwork from the computer, please use the CMYK color model on your software, because it is not able to print the RGB color though the offset process. Also if you direct transfer the color from RGB to CMYK will appear serious color aberration.
If you want to have your print product color similar to your artwork color, please do use CMYK color model with 300-350dpi to work your file or artwork. Noted, the color though the computer or the printer is not workable as the sample while you are printing.
About the color aberration between different printing companies, we have to clarify that every printing company use different kind of ink and paper, so that is why you may find the difference in between. However, you can provide the previous printing product as the sample for printing, and we can match the color and do our best for you.

A5:Basis weight is the paper weight measurement, calculated by grams per square meter (g/㎡ or gsm). The amount of paper called Ream, 1 ream equal to 500pcs. However, the paper with the same basis weight with large size, the ream weight is also increasing.
Ream weight: the actual weight in Pounds (p or lb) of 500 sheets of paper.
We normally heard the paper thickness was basic on the total weight for 31” x 43” 500 sheets of paper. As the result, the weight of paper will be change with the paper thickness. EX: 500 standard size sheet of 300p gray coating paperweight is 300pounds.
Obviously, using the ream weight is more complicate than the basis weight.
