Small and medium enterprises are the keystone to the country's economy. In order to encourage the escalation and development of small and medium enterprises, the Ministry of Economic Affairs established " the National Keystone Award ". This award is given to those companies with outstanding performance in their field with sound finaces, creative products, mutual cooperation, self-established brand names, increased quality, automated facilities and computerization, etc.

In August 1992, Forward Enterprise was chosen from more than 800,000 small and medium businesses to be the winner of the first National Award of Small and Medium Business. Until today, Forward is the only recipient in the printing industry, recognized with this award.

In 1996, after the critical review of its financial records and growth potentials by R.O.C. Over-the-counter Securities Exchange and the Ministry of Finance, Forward Enterprise went public on O.T.C. trading. Ever since Forward`s stocks traded in public, it has been rated as one of the best companies in O.T.C. market.
